We spent this issue watching a claim go bad. On Signal told Okta's sellers that Cross App Access was in Early Access. True when it published. Then Okta announced XAA on June 23, and the claim became the kind of thing that makes a seller look uninformed in a buyer meeting. Anchor had no way to notice. That failure doesn't hit every publication the same way. Some are pegged to external events and break when the world moves. Others build value that doesn't shatter when a date changes. The distance between those two should be shaping what you build next.
