Hiring committees came back Tuesday. Every ATS URL in the active queue was re-verified against its decay window before this went out. Fourteen companies survived with live signals: five Act, nine Watch. Eight former targets exit, two of them postings that died during this verification pass.
Order of operations, using the decay math in the entries below: Anthropic first — the announcement is hours old and will be stale inside a week. Replit second — a co-founder who runs design is hiring her own Director, which is the cleanest routing in the queue. Stripe third, not because it scores lower (it doesn't) but because the search is structured and slow, so the window holds. Handshake and Suno follow, with Suno conditional on location.
Window status changes this cycle:
- Upgraded: Anthropic → Act (Chelsea Larsson's same-day hiring announcement closes the decision-maker gap). Handshake trajectory verified at 3/3 — company score holds at 9.
- Downgraded: Adobe GenStudio → Ignore (posting expired). HubSpot Design Systems → Ignore (no longer accepting applications). Six prior downgrades carry forward — see Downgrades section.
- Expiring: Replicant's Series B is four years old and the Director posting discloses no compensation. Watch holds, but the signal is thin.
Entries are grouped by the design moment driving the hire, because that determines which version of your background to lead with.
AI-Native: Designing Model Behavior
Three companies where AI is the product. Forward-looking artifacts and Agentic Labs production proof lead here. TinyFish practitioner credibility is what separates you from portfolio-only candidates.
1. Stripe — payments infrastructure expanding into AI-powered financial data intelligence for merchants.
- Stage / Size / Capital: Private (pre-IPO), ~10,000 employees. SF, Seattle, NYC, remote US.
- Value chain: Core financial infrastructure. Data & AI is the expansion layer, so design scope covers how merchants understand and act on AI-generated revenue insights.
- Best at: Design-invested engineering culture with real strategic influence under Katie Dill. The 100-day application window points to a structured, deliberate search rather than a hot req.
- Signals: Senior Staff Product Designer, Data & AI posting live with disclosed compensation. Previously covered in Issue #8 and Issue #10. The Data & AI design manager is still unresolved after checking the posting, Stripe's public design leadership material, and LinkedIn hiring announcements. Katie Dill (Head of Design) is the senior design route; Eeke de Milliano (Head of Product, Data & AI) is the product-area route.
- Tier: Enterprise platform with AI-native deviation. Read Enterprise playbook, then cross-reference AI-native evaluation patterns.
- Rubric: Company 11/12 (AI 2, Stage 3, Influence 3, Trajectory 3). Role 15/15 (Comp 3, Scope 3, Craft 3, AI exposure 3, Portfolio 3).
- Portfolio match: A wrong AI-generated revenue signal costs merchants real money, so the design problem is confidence display on a commercial surface. Alibaba.com ($50B+ GMV, +20% daily transactions, +2.2pt NPS) proves you move business metrics through design at that stakes level. TinyFish supplies the AI-native production depth. Very few candidates can back "make AI trustworthy for financial decisions" with both enterprise-scale outcomes and hands-on agent deployment.
- Verdict: Act. Highest-scoring role in the queue. Battlecard exists from Issue #10 — update it with the current signal. The structured search means this decays slower than a typical posting, which is why it sits third in the week's sequence.
2. Anthropic — frontier AI models (Claude) and the safety infrastructure around them.
- Stage / Size / Capital: Private, ~1,500 employees, $10B+ raised. SF, NYC, London.
- Value chain: Upstream model provider with an expanding consumer and enterprise product surface. Design scope grows as that product layer grows.
- Best at: Safety-first development that still ships consumer product. Evals infrastructure is where safety turns into a design problem.
- Signals: Chelsea Larsson, Head of Content Design, announced Sep 12 that this role joins her team. Same-day signal. She asked candidates to apply through the posting rather than DM her. On the title: the posting reads "Product Designer," but Anthropic compresses titles. The disclosed band and the team scope under a Head-level leader indicate Senior/Staff-equivalent seniority, and the Comp 3 score reflects the posted range.
- Tier: AI-native. Read AI-native playbook before outreach.
- Rubric: Company 10/12 (AI 3, Stage 2, Influence 2, Trajectory 3). Role 14/15 (Comp 3, Scope 2, Craft 3, AI exposure 3, Portfolio 3).
- Portfolio match: The problem is making model evaluation legible — turning eval metrics into decision surfaces that non-researchers can act on. CarrierIQ's provenance layer, which made automated insurance outputs auditable, is your closest published proof of evaluation-as-interface. TinyFish agent traces mean you built that auditability layer in production, not as a concept. Lead with the Trust essay's Verify stage, where users assess model confidence before delegating.
- Verdict: Act, today. Apply through the posting and respect the no-DM request. Battlecard candidate.
3. Replit — AI-powered coding platform where the agent writes, debugs, and deploys code alongside the user.
- Stage / Size / Capital: Private, ~400 employees, Series B ($97.4M, a16z-led, 2023). Foster City, CA (3 days in-office required).
- Value chain: Midstream developer platform. Design owns how developers interact with AI-generated code, which makes the agent-as-pair-programmer interaction model the core challenge.
- Best at: Making AI code generation feel collaborative rather than transactional.
- Signals: Director of Product Design live on Ashby. Disclosed compensation: $275,000–$350,000 plus equity. Haya Odeh, co-founder and design leader, is the disclosed design executive, and the Director role reports into her function. That makes her the defensible direct route.
- Tier: AI-native. Read AI-native playbook before outreach.
- Rubric: Company 10/12 (AI 3, Stage 2, Influence 3, Trajectory 2). Role 15/15 (Comp 3, Scope 3, Craft 3, AI exposure 3, Portfolio 3).
- Portfolio match: Intent-based interaction at its purest — users describe what they want built and the agent interprets and iterates. Your forward-looking Intent-Based Interaction artifacts address this surface directly, and Agentic Labs demonstrates multi-agent orchestration design. Director-level org leadership plus shipped AI-native products is a combination most companies end up splitting across two hires.
- Verdict: Act. Battlecard candidate. Go through Haya Odeh. A co-founder who leads design and is hiring her own Director is the highest-value single contact in this queue.
Agent-First Product Design
Two companies where the agent is the product. The shared design challenge is trust at the point of delegation: when does the user let the agent act?
4. Handshake — career platform for students, now building an AI agent for career navigation.
- Stage / Size / Capital: Private, 501–1,000 employees, Series F ($200M, Coatue-led, Jan 2022) at $3.5B valuation. $430M total raised. SF, remote US.
- Value chain: Downstream career marketplace connecting students, ~1,600 universities, and ~1M employers. The AI agent layer sits on top of that network and draws on a career-outcome dataset competitors can't replicate.
- Best at: Distribution into the university channel. The outcome dataset is the moat.
- Signals: Staff Product Designer, Student AI Agent posting live. The company tripled ARR at scale in 2025, and TechCrunch reported ~$300M ARR. Trajectory 3/3 at moderate confidence only — the figures are company-reported and use varying revenue definitions. May-Li Khoe (VP Design) is the strongest design route, though her hiring announcement is roughly a year old and she is not confirmed as the manager for this requisition. Route through Khoe, or ask the recruiter who owns design evaluation for Student Experience.
- Tier: Growth-stage platform with AI-native deviation. Read Growth-stage playbook, then cross-reference AI-native evaluation patterns.
- Rubric: Company 9/12 (AI 2, Stage 2, Influence 2, Trajectory 3). Role 13/15 (Comp 2, Scope 2, Craft 3, AI exposure 3, Portfolio 3).
- Portfolio match: A student letting an AI agent steer their career path is a high-stakes delegation moment with real emotional weight. American Red Cross disaster relief ($847K disbursed, 6 systems to 1, as Product Design Director at BCG Digital Ventures) proves you design consequential decisions for people under pressure. The Trust essay's delegation handoff maps onto the career-navigation moment without translation. Career decisions for twenty-two-year-olds sit closer to disaster relief than to enterprise SaaS, and you have agent production depth on top of that.
- Verdict: Act. Battlecard candidate.
5. Replicant — voice AI agents that autonomously handle customer service calls for enterprise brands.
- Stage / Size / Capital: Private, ~190 employees, Series B ($78M, Stripes-led, Apr 2022). $113M total raised. SF-based.
- Value chain: Midstream AI application layer sitting between model providers and enterprise contact centers. Design owns agent behavior, conversation flow, and escalation logic.
- Best at: Voice-specific agent design. They have automated 1B+ phone minutes and report 2.5x YoY revenue growth, company-reported and not independently verified.
- Signals: Director, Product Design posting live. No compensation disclosed. A four-year-old Series B is a stage and equity concern. Benjamin Edick (VP Product) is the named hiring manager; the posting states the role reports to him.
- Tier: AI-native. Read AI-native playbook before outreach.
- Rubric: Company 8/12 (AI 3, Stage 1, Influence 2, Trajectory 2). Role 11/15 (Comp 1, Scope 2, Craft 3, AI exposure 3, Portfolio 2).
- Portfolio match: Voice is where agent trust breaks in real time, mid-sentence, with no interface to fall back on. Agentic Labs Carrier IQ (InsurTech quote automation) is your closest published proof of designing automated decision flows. TinyFish gives you enterprise agent deployment context — traces, auditability, governance — that most design directors have only read about.
- Verdict: Watch. Company 8 and role 11 both fall short of the Act thresholds (10+ and 12+). Worth pursuing only if you can confirm cash clears $200K+ and there's a credible path to a new round.
AI Music: A Different Trust Problem
Creative-tool trust is about authorship — users need to feel they made the song. Run your Trust essay through creative control rather than delegation gates here, and don't reuse the framing you'd bring to Anthropic or Replicant.
6. Suno — AI music generation where users create songs from text prompts.
- Stage / Size / Capital: Private, ~60 employees, Series B ($125M, Lightspeed-led, 2024). Cambridge, MA. The posting doesn't specify location requirements or remote eligibility — confirm before investing outreach time. If it's on-site Cambridge only, downgrade to Ignore-until-trigger.
- Value chain: Vertically integrated — they own the model and the consumer product. Design owns the full creative experience from prompt to playback.
- Best at: Making AI-generated music feel like creative expression rather than output retrieval.
- Signals: Senior/Staff Product Designer posting live. Sixty people means high craft influence per seat. CPO Jack Brody has publicly recruited for design leadership, which makes him the strongest disclosed route until Suno names a design executive.
- Tier: AI-native. Read AI-native playbook before outreach.
- Rubric: Company 10/12 (AI 3, Stage 2, Influence 2, Trajectory 3). Role 13/15 (Comp 2, Scope 2, Craft 3, AI exposure 3, Portfolio 3).
- Portfolio match: Users need to feel authorship over AI output, not verify its accuracy, which changes what every control and every regeneration moment has to communicate. Equinox+ (0 to MVP in 3 months, 5 brands, 4.8 stars, as Product Design Director at BCG Digital Ventures) proves consumer creative velocity at that pace. Candidates for creative-tool roles usually arrive from music tech or from AI research; you have consumer shipping speed and production AI depth in the same résumé.
- Verdict: Act, conditional on SF eligibility. Battlecard candidate.
Enterprise AI Integration
Two established companies bolting AI onto existing surfaces. Alibaba carries the enterprise-scale proof; Agentic Labs supplies the AI credibility. Neither clears Act, and the ceilings are visible in the scores.
7. ServiceNow — enterprise IT service management platform integrating AI agents into workflow automation.
- Stage / Size / Capital: Public (NYSE: NOW), ~25,000 employees, $10B+ revenue. Santa Clara, CA.
- Value chain: Enterprise IT operations infrastructure. Design scope covers how AI agents surface recommendations and automate workflows inside ITSM.
- Best at: Enterprise workflow automation at scale. ITSM is the core franchise.
- Signals: Director, Product Design, ITSM posted Sep 6 — fresh, well inside the hot window. No hiring manager identified from the posting or public leadership material. Apply, then look for the ITSM product design lead or a VP Design on the leadership page.
- Tier: Enterprise platform. Read Enterprise playbook before outreach.
- Rubric: Company 7/12 (AI 2, Stage 1, Influence 2, Trajectory 2). Role 10/15 (Comp 2, Scope 2, Craft 2, AI exposure 2, Portfolio 2).
- Portfolio match: This is a design seat inside an engineering-first product area, so the evaluation is really about whether you can earn standing. Thermo Fisher mySupply ($20M+ margin, 6 pharma partners, 100% adoption, as Product Design Director at BCG Digital Ventures) proves you build enterprise products in technical domains where design has to argue for its place. Reinforce with the Alibaba framing: you named a structural gap and built the mandate around it.
- Verdict: Watch. The company score caps the upside. Track it if the role expands past ITSM or additional design leadership seats appear.
8. Adobe — Senior Staff Product Designer, Monetization and Growth, designing the commercial layer of Adobe's creative AI products.
- Stage / Size / Capital: Public (NASDAQ: ADBE), ~30,000 employees. SF, San Jose, remote US.
- Value chain: Downstream creative tools with upstream model integration (Firefly). Monetization design sits where AI capability meets commercial conversion.
- Best at: Creative professional tools at global scale. Firefly is the bet; monetization is how it pays for itself. Ann Rich (Senior Director of Design, GenStudio & Cross Cloud) leads design for this area, though the direct reporting line for this requisition is unconfirmed.
- Signals: Posting live on adobe.design. The separate GenStudio Senior Staff req (R166380) expired — see Downgrades.
- Tier: Enterprise platform. Read Enterprise playbook before outreach.
- Rubric: Company 7/12 (AI 2, Stage 1, Influence 2, Trajectory 2). Role 11/15 (Comp 2, Scope 2, Craft 3, AI exposure 2, Portfolio 2).
- Portfolio match: The problem is how creators pay for, upgrade, and perceive the value of AI-powered tools — pricing surfaces, not canvas surfaces. Allē (30M members, 3.2x redemption, $42 CAC, as Product Design Director at BCG Digital Ventures) proves you design growth mechanics that move acquisition and retention on a dual-surface consumer product. Bring the CAC number early; a growth-and-monetization evaluator will weight it above craft.
- Verdict: Watch. Public-company equity limits the upside. Revisit if Adobe's AI monetization work starts producing a case study worth publishing.
Director Seats Building the Function
Two Director roles where the evaluation is whether you can raise the craft bar and build the team at the same time. Alibaba's mandate-building narrative and the BCG Digital Ventures function-building record carry both.
9. Samsara — connected operations platform for fleet management, industrial IoT, and field operations.
- Stage / Size / Capital: Public (NYSE: IOT), ~3,500 employees. SF, remote US.
- Value chain: Vertically integrated IoT — hardware sensors, cloud platform, AI analytics. Design spans mobile for field workers, web for fleet managers, and hardware interfaces.
- Signals: Director, Product Design live, US-remote, compensation disclosed. Brendan O'Driscoll (VP Product) publicly confirmed the search. Taron Ghazaryan is the strongest design-side route, probably Head of Product Design (moderate confidence on the title). Former design leader Andrew Ackermann has publicly confirmed his departure.
- Tier: Enterprise platform. Read Enterprise playbook before outreach.
- Rubric: Company 9/12 (AI 2, Stage 2, Influence 2, Trajectory 3). Role 11/15 (Comp 2, Scope 3, Craft 2, AI exposure 2, Portfolio 2).
- Portfolio match: This is the one entry where Cummins/ZED Connect leads. A 0→1 dual-surface fleet management platform — consumer-facing IoT plus predictive asset management for commercial vehicle fleets, built as Product Design Director at BCG Digital Ventures — is exact domain experience: driver-facing mobile, fleet-manager web, connected operations. Almost no competing candidate has shipped a fleet IoT platform end to end. Supplement with Alibaba for enterprise scale.
- Verdict: Watch. Company 9 is borderline and role 11 misses the 12+ threshold. The domain match still puts it ahead of the other Watch entries. Route through Ghazaryan or O'Driscoll.
10. Rubrik — data security platform protecting enterprise backup and recovery infrastructure.
- Stage / Size / Capital: Public (NYSE: RBRK, IPO 2024), ~3,000 employees. Palo Alto, CA.
- Value chain: Enterprise infrastructure, data protection layer. Design makes complex security operations legible to enterprise buyers and the administrators who live in the product.
- Signals: Director, Product Design posting live. Application contact listed as Noopur Mer.
- Tier: Enterprise platform. Read Enterprise playbook before outreach.
- Rubric: Company 8/12 (AI 1, Stage 2, Influence 2, Trajectory 3). Role 10/15 (Comp 2, Scope 3, Craft 2, AI exposure 1, Portfolio 2).
- Portfolio match: Enterprise data security is technical enough that the design lead's first job is credibility with engineering. Thermo Fisher mySupply ($20M+ margin, 100% adoption, as Product Design Director at BCG Digital Ventures) proves you build for specialized users in regulated technical domains. The adoption figure is the number this audience will react to — in enterprise infrastructure, 100% adoption is the rare metric.
- Verdict: Watch. Thin AI exposure caps portfolio value, but Director scope and post-IPO equity keep it live. Contact Noopur Mer directly.
Design Systems Infrastructure
Two growth-stage Staff seats building the infrastructure every other designer ships on. Both companies operate under compliance pressure, which is where your regulated-domain work and the Trust essay give you an angle most design systems candidates lack.
11. Vanta — security compliance automation platform (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
- Stage / Size / Capital: Private, ~500 employees, Series C ($150M, 2024) at $2.45B. SF, remote US.
- Value chain: Midstream compliance infrastructure between security tooling and audit requirements. The design system has to carry trust and reliability through every component.
- Signals: Staff Product Designer, Design Systems posting live. Danielle Brown is the strongest functional route; previous design systems hires reported to her. CPO Jeremy Epling is the executive fallback. The Head of Design question is still unresolved — covered in Issue #10.
- Tier: Growth-stage platform. Read Growth-stage playbook before outreach.
- Rubric: Company 9/12 (AI 1, Stage 3, Influence 2, Trajectory 3). Role 10/15 (Comp 2, Scope 2, Craft 3, AI exposure 1, Portfolio 2).
- Portfolio match: Every component in Vanta's system implicitly claims that the customer's compliance data is accurate and safe, which makes trust a systems problem rather than a page-level one. The Trust essay is your published framework for exactly that. Thermo Fisher's pharma work (100% adoption, as Product Design Director at BCG Digital Ventures) proves you design where an error carries compliance consequence. Most design systems candidates think in components. You bring a framework for what those components are asserting.
- Verdict: Watch. Strong company score, but thin AI exposure and defined scope hold the role score at 10. The Series C window and trajectory make it worth tracking. Route through Brown for the craft conversation.
12. Gusto — payroll, benefits, and HR platform for small businesses.
- Stage / Size / Capital: Private, ~2,000 employees, Series E ($175M, 2021). SF, Denver, NYC, remote US.
- Value chain: Downstream SMB platform with payroll as the anchor and benefits and HR tools expanding the surface. The system has to scale across compliance-driven workflows and still feel simple.
- Signals: Staff Product Designer, Design Systems live on Greenhouse. The posting names Chief Design Officer Amy Thibodeau as the design systems team leader, which gives you a direct public route.
- Tier: Growth-stage platform. Read Growth-stage playbook before outreach.
- Rubric: Company 7/12 (AI 1, Stage 2, Influence 2, Trajectory 2). Role 10/15 (Comp 2, Scope 2, Craft 3, AI exposure 1, Portfolio 2).
- Portfolio match: Payroll errors have legal consequences, so systematization here is about preventing a whole class of mistakes across surfaces. Alibaba.com is the proof: three cross-functional sprints across homepage, search, and PDP on one platform redesign, with +2.2pt NPS showing the system improved the experience rather than just unifying the code.
- Verdict: Watch. Thin AI exposure and a stable trajectory hold the score down. Move if Gusto announces a new round or an IPO filing.
Platform Design at Scale
Two established platforms hiring senior ICs into specific product areas. The question in both rooms is whether you can hold influence inside a large org from a craft seat.
13. Salesforce/Slack — VP Product Design IC / Principal Architect for Slack, integrating Agentforce AI agents into the messaging platform.
- Stage / Size / Capital: Public (NYSE: CRM), ~70,000 employees. SF.
- Value chain: Enterprise platform infrastructure. Slack is becoming the agent orchestration layer for Agentforce, so design owns how agents surface, communicate, and act inside the messaging environment.
- Signals: VP IC / Principal Architect posting live. The title is unusual: a senior IC seat carrying VP-level influence with no management line. Michael Lenahan confirmed on Sep 4 that the role reports to him. His post crosses the "I'm hiring" Ignore threshold around Sep 19. After that date, drop the "I saw your post" opening — the req is still inside its hot window, but the hook isn't usable.
- Tier: Enterprise platform with AI-native deviation. Read Enterprise playbook before outreach.
- Rubric: Company 7/12 (AI 2, Stage 1, Influence 2, Trajectory 2). Role 12/15 (Comp 3, Scope 2, Craft 3, AI exposure 2, Portfolio 2).
- Portfolio match: How does a messaging product become an orchestration surface for agents without breaking the communication model people already trust? Your forward-looking Agent Infrastructure as UX artifacts sit on that exact transition. Alibaba.com proves you can redesign a platform at scale without losing the existing user base — the same risk Slack carries here. Route those artifacts to the live portfolio review, not to cold outreach.
- Verdict: Watch. Public-company equity and a scope defined at Slack rather than Salesforce hold it at 12/15 on role. Track it for portfolio value if the Agentforce integration ships visibly.
14. Headway — mental health marketplace connecting therapists with patients through insurance.
- Stage / Size / Capital: Private, ~700 employees, Series D ($225M, a16z-led, 2024). NYC. The posting doesn't specify remote eligibility for SF candidates — confirm before outreach. If NYC on-site only, downgrade to Ignore-until-trigger.
- Value chain: Downstream healthcare marketplace. This is the provider side: therapist-facing tools that cut administrative burden so clinicians can stay with patients.
- Signals: Senior/Staff Product Designer, Provider live on Ashby. Jake Poses oversees Product, Design, and Product Marketing. Public org data lists Ellen Dong as Head of Design; verify that before using it as a route. Neither is confirmed as the manager for this requisition.
- Tier: Healthcare/Regulated. Read Healthcare/Regulated playbook before outreach.
- Rubric: Company 9/12 (AI 1, Stage 3, Influence 2, Trajectory 3). Role 10/15 (Comp 2, Scope 2, Craft 3, AI exposure 1, Portfolio 2).
- Portfolio match: Therapists need insurance complexity handled without adding cognitive load between sessions. American Red Cross ($847K disbursed, 6 systems to 1, as Product Design Director at BCG Digital Ventures) proves you design for service providers — case workers running consequential decisions in a regulated context — and Thermo Fisher reinforces the regulated-domain credibility. Most marketplace designers have only built the consumer side; you've built for the professional on the other end of it.
- Verdict: Watch. Strong company score, but thin AI exposure limits what this adds to the portfolio. Resolve the geography question before spending outreach time on it.
Eight Off the Board
Eight companies leave the active queue. Two postings died during verification. Six carry forward from prior cycles. Stop tracking all eight unless the named trigger fires.
- Adobe GenStudio (R166380): Posting expired. Trigger: new GenStudio design requisition.
- HubSpot Design Systems: No longer accepting applications. No qualifying US product design cluster remains. Trigger: new US Staff/Senior Staff product design posting.
- Brex: The Capital One acquisition broke the independent equity thesis. Covered in Issue #8. Trigger: none — structural.
- Kong: No qualifying design leadership signal. Trigger: Director+ product design posting.
- Pinterest: No qualifying signal within the decay window. Trigger: Director+ or Staff product design posting.
- Ramp: Signal decayed past threshold. Trigger: new design leadership posting or executive design hire.
- Maven Clinic: Signal decayed past threshold. Trigger: new design leadership posting.
- Adobe/Frame.io: No qualifying signal. Trigger: Director+ product design posting specific to Frame.io.
Funding Without a Design Seat
One company raised serious money this cycle and still has nowhere for you to apply. Noting it here keeps the trigger visible without costing you an afternoon of research.
Cognition raised $2B+ at a $48B valuation on Sep 9, and its acquisition of The Interaction Company — maker of Poke, a proactive text-based agent that moved 100M+ messages in three months — added consumer-agent capability. The career page lists 93 openings with no design department, no product design requisition, and no publicly titled design leader. The acquired team is small, roughly two to ten people, and brought interaction-product capability without an identified design executive.
Any product design posting on Cognition's career page. At $48B with a consumer agent product now in-house, a design hire here would almost certainly score Act on first scoring.
- OpenAI's Codex posting age: The Growth-Codex design lead role scores Act on the rubric but its original August 18 posting date puts the signal in Watch territory despite a fresh LinkedIn timestamp — worth checking whether OpenAI confirms a renewed requisition before investing outreach time.
- Suno's v6 launch and licensing shift: Suno launched v6 models on September 9 under new agreements with Warner Music Group, Believe, and Merlin, which Axios reported as a move toward licensed, opt-in revenue-sharing — use this product-strategy shift as an outreach hook independent of the job posting's age.
- Anthropic's product org restructure: Ami Vora now leads Anthropic's Product organization after Mike Krieger moved into Anthropic Labs, which changes the executive routing map for any future Anthropic roles beyond the Evals seat Chelsea Larsson owns.
- Wonderful's funding without a qualifying role: Wonderful announced a $550M Series C at $5B on September 2 and has an open Product Designer, Workflows posting, but seniority, compensation, and decision-maker remain undisclosed — monitor for a Staff+ requisition or named design mandate.
