Every outreach message you send is an invitation to inspect junochen.com. Ramp's Diego Zaks clicks your name, lands on the homepage, follows the Essays card, and receives your full TinyFish pricing strategy before any password check runs. The client-side overlay hides it visually. It does not prevent delivery. View-source, Slack unfurls, crawlers all bypass it.
You wrote a public essay about designing trust through handoffs. The site hosting it has a broken one. Fix that before you send another message.
Three fixes, ranked by effort and unlock speed:
Fix #1 — Remove the essay card from the homepage. Minutes. Content edit. Kills the dominant discovery path. After this, move on Ramp and Headway today.
Fix #2 — Server-side 401 on the URL, or delete the page. Closes direct-link access, unfurls, and crawlers. Run this in parallel with outreach.
Fix #3 — Flag Brand Pulse, Retail Velocity, and Carrier IQ as flagship on the homepage. Creator Scout and UAT Sentinel stay visible but subordinated. Your outreach names three labs. The site currently shows five with no hierarchy, and the buyer will notice the mismatch between what you claimed and what they see.
Fix #1 is the gate. Everything else runs behind live outreach.
What leaks today: Full TinyFish pricing strategy, per-step rationale, outcome billing design — delivered as HTML before the JS overlay executes
Who bypasses the overlay: View-source, Slack unfurl bots, search crawlers, any buyer who inspects page source
Fix #1 unlocks immediately:
- Ramp Director, Product Design — posted Jun 8, buyer likely Diego Zaks
- Headway Design Director, Provider Experience — posted Jun 4, buyer likely Jake Poses
Fix #2 options: Server-side 401/403 (hosting config) or full page deletion (no deployment needed)
Fix #3 canonical set: Brand Pulse, Retail Velocity, Carrier IQ — the three named in every outreach message and cover letter
Capital One note: Probe status, not move. Don't let Fix #3 delay action on Ramp and Headway, which are confirmed move targets now.
