The Claim That Outlived Its Source

On Signal's May 28 guidance told sellers not to promise Okta's Cross App Access protocol. Twenty-six days later, Okta announced 25+ XAA partners including Anthropic and Atlassian. The five articles containing that guidance are still live. Nothing in Anchor flagged the change.
The original claim was accurate, well-sourced, and operationally specific. That's what makes this a product-architecture finding. Anchor has no mechanism to detect when a published assertion's underlying source has moved. The claim outlived its validity, and the system couldn't tell the difference.

Registry Generalization Test

Clear Path's January issue pins DynamX's clinical story to specific numbers: 0.3% versus 1.7% TLF in the 6-to-12-month landmark window, 2,400 enrolled patients, a device that "uncages" after six months. Every one of those claims maps to a discrete, queryable field in ClinicalTrials.gov. Enrollment count. Primary completion date. Endpoint definition. Trial status.
These fields can change without a press release, a conference talk, or a trade publication noticing. The registry's last posted update for INFINITY-SWEDEHEART is October 16, 2024. Nothing has invalidated Clear Path's claims yet. But the validation surface is sitting in structured data that Anchor could poll programmatically, and it is a simpler monitoring problem than parsing Okta's newsroom. An API field changing from ACTIVE_NOT_RECRUITING to COMPLETED is unambiguous. A primary completion date shifting forward requires no interpretation at all. The claim-lifecycle mechanism applies here with better infrastructure underneath it.
