The publication never turns them on its own customer. Those two tracks run parallel without touching, and this issue is about whether that gap is fixable. The answer determines whether the publication can ever become something Coreshell would genuinely miss.

We found a failure mode this issue that source accuracy can't fix. A sentence reporting favorable trial results for a coronary device can be perfectly sourced and still be a federal compliance violation, because the device isn't approved for U.S. sale.
