Issue 4
August 4

We found something uncomfortable in this issue. The Hysteresis has built sharp frameworks for stress-testing battery supply-chain claims: proof ladders, mandate-gap analysis. Coreshell, the customer the publication serves, is making exactly the kind of claims those tools were designed to evaluate. "NDAA-compliant." "Fully domestic." The publication never turns them on its own customer. Those two tracks run parallel without touching, and this issue is about whether that gap is fixable. The answer determines whether the publication can ever become something Coreshell would genuinely miss.
