Activation likelihood scores whether you should move on a specific company today. Four components, all required: live or likely leadership need, reachable decision-maker, strong published portfolio match at junochen.com, and a current trigger.

The 100 List below is a monitoring perimeter. Each company holds one of three operating states: Act, Watch, or Ignore-until-trigger. Any company that crosses into Act routes to a Battlecard request. Daily check stays under three minutes.

Activation likelihood — all four present to reach Act state:

Leadership need — verified posting, IC design cluster, exec hire creating a gap, or product launch without design leadership
Reachable buyer — CPO, CEO, VP Product contactable via warm intro, cold outreach, or recruiter path now
Portfolio match — role's core problem maps to a specific published case at junochen.com, not a generic category association
Current trigger — verifiable event (funding, launch, hire, departure, repost) inside its action window

Operating states:

Act — verified posting + at least one other component. Move today.
Watch — one or two components present. Name the specific trigger that would shift it.
Ignore-until-trigger — plausible company, no active signal. Zero daily attention.
