Entry Route Framing

No new roles in 48 hours. Every role already on the board now carries a route — the channel of first contact.
Verdict tells you whether to pursue. Route tells you how to enter. At this level the application is usually the weakest available answer to the second question. A posting proves a job object exists. It says nothing about whether the search is live, the headcount is funded, or a slate has already formed, and the board data will never carry that layer.
Pick the route by naming what's blocking you.
Proof gap, yours. Something in your record has to be made concrete before first contact. A screening field asking for years managing designers is a literal gate, not a portfolio conversation.
Decision gap, theirs. Scope, authority, level, stage. Only someone inside can answer those. Reach out to get the answer; waiting won't produce it.
Persuasion and reconnaissance are different messages, written differently. The board now sorts by cost of being late.
