Monthly inspections, quarterly vegetation clearing, battery swap every three years. Nowhere does it say who pays for any of that once the installation grant expires. We kept finding that same shape in other places this week, the distance between what got built and what will actually last. Everyone funds the install. Almost nobody funds the decade after.
